  1. How do I make orders from i4wifi a.s.?

    Ordering from i4wifi a.s. is so simple and easy!

    Please choose the items from the on-line shop, submit your contact information, the delivery address and your order will be processed from the web shop. In addition you can send an email with the items you want, your company name, complete shipping address, phone number and your business registration data. In both cases, after receiving the order, we will contact you back by email with an order confirmation. The order confirmation will include the Acknowledgement of the Order showing the total cost including the transport and handling fees.

    When you have received the Acknowledgement of the Order, you need to arrange for payment. We ship your order when we receive the money.

  2. How can I pay for my order?
    • You can pay by bank transfer. This means you pay from your bank to our bank account.

    • You can pay by Credit Card or Debit Card. We will send you a link to pay through a secure gateway of our bank. We do not store any credit card information, the payment is processed by the bank directly. This payment method may require some additional verification of your identity and delivery address.

    • You can pay by Paypal. We will send you a Paypal money request if you choose this option of payment. This method of payment icludes a payment fee in amount of 6% of the value of your order.The payment is processed immediately.

    • You can pay cash. If you plan to come personally, you can deposit the cash at our bank here in Prague.
  3. What is the minimum order amount?

    There is no minimum order amount. We are happy to sell to any customers. However, please note that we are adding 150 USD administration fee for orders lower than 150 USD.

  4. Do you ship the goods directly, to which countries?

    Yes, i4wifi a.s. is shipping anywhere in the world, by TNT, UPS, Cargo Partner freight or by other methods. Shipping costs with service TNT you can find here

  5. Do I have to pay tax on my order?

    If you are in the European Union and you do not have a valid VAT ID, then we need to add 20% VAT to your order. If you are in the European Union and you have a valid VAT ID, you do not need to pay the 20% VAT tax.

    If you are outside the EU, you will probably have to pay some import tax or customs duties to the government in your country. Please get information about your legal import procedures in your country prior making the order. We suggest that you to order Clearance

  6. How do I get your pricing?

    You can see the pricing on-line on our web site. If you need pricing for some items not listed on the web site, please contact us for further quote.

  7. Your pricelist is in USD. I need prices in EUR. Can I pay in EUR?

    Yes, you can. Based on you request we will convert the final order to EUR.

  8. Can I get a discount from the web shop prices?

    You can see the pricing on-line. There are several pricing levels (e.g. $500, $2000, $5000, .....). The discount is based on the total of each order. If you make several small orders you will pay more than for the same items in one big order.

  9. Important note

    Due to legal requirements, all orders from Czech and Slovak customers will be redirected to the Czech version of our sales system. Local fees will be added (authorship fee, recycling fee and transport package fee).
